Trying Windows 8

Today Microsoft gives us Windows 8 Consumer Preview to taste. Let's install it on virtual machine and try. At first we must download ISO from Microsoft Official site for free - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/iso and then we'll install it on the virtual machine with VMware. As you see we can choose between 64 and 32 bit versions. Also 5 different languages are available. System requirements are the same as for Windows 7. Minimum 1 Ghz processor, 1Gb (32-bit) or 2 Gb (64-bit) RAM and so on.
But unfortunately my VMware 7.1 Workstation couldn't install this new Windows.

The first thing I want to do with windows 8 is to compare it with iOS 5. I found this video very interesting for comparison of these tow operating systems.

iOS game - Temple Run

Temple Run for iPod/iPhone or iPad is one of my favourite games on iOS. I've made some screenshots from this game.

You have 36 objectives to complete and compare your archivements with your friends on Game Center.
Run faster from these Evil Demon Monkeys.
Collect Coins and change your Character or buy some Powerups. Even you can download Temple Run wallpapers!

Gestures make controls easy. Jump, turn, slide and tilt.
My Best score is 3221760 for single run yet ;)
This great game you can find on iTunes here.

My iPod Touch Wallpapers

Not all pictures can be used as wallpaper and not all wallpapers can be used for iPod Touch. I've chosen some of my favourite wallpapers, which looks great on my iPod or other iPhone. They are optimized for retina display with 640x960 resolution.

handmade lamp

I was looking for a lamp for my new room for a long time, but didn't find anything that suits my needs. And yesterday my friend had an idea - to make a lamp ourselves. We've bought materials – a thread ball, an ashtray, little saving bulb, glue and a cable. All these materials are chipper than a new lamp, and the result is exactly what I need. It costs me about $7, but it is amazing. So I advise you try making it yourself. It’s easy. I thank my friend for great idea! (I hope he's reading this)

my favourite plant

Aglaonema
Hi! Nice pic, isn't it? This plant is called Aglaonema. They prefer indirect light and partial shade. So they can live in my room. Because my room is on the northern side of the house, there aren’t practically direct rays of sunshine. But they like high air humidity. So I spray them with water.

intro

Having a blog is cool. No matter someone is reading you or not, but blog is like your friend, who listens your ideas, thoughts. You’re free to tell the world your opinion and share your feelings. So this is my personal blog (if someone did not notice). Feel free to comment and share my posts, if you find them useful. I don’t want to tell about me, because you’ll find all in my posts.
I believe that we can change the surrounding world with our creativity and fresh ideas.
